Mushroom Cultivation Training Programme

To empower entrepreneurs within the Akurana Divisional Secretariat area, a special mushroom cultivation training programme was organized by the Akurana Vidatha Centre as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week. The programme targeted rural entrepreneurs interested in entering the mushroom industry. Participants were provided with awareness on mushroom production techniques and received hands-on training on preparing mushroom pots. The initiative aimed to strengthen local entrepreneurship by equipping participants with the practical skills needed to start small-scale mushroom cultivation successfully.
