Mushroom Value-Added Products Training Programme

On 25.11.2025, a value-added mushroom products training programme was held at the Kadana Mushroom Production Centre, with financial support provided by the Foreign Employment Development Officer. During the session, participants were trained on preparing mushroom sausages, mushroom moju, mushroom cutlets, and mushroom bites, along with proper packaging techniques. Resource contribution was provided by the Officer-in-Charge of the Madurawala Vidatha Resource Centre.
