Students as Young Entrepreneurs

Small ideas today become big businesses tomorrow!

The Students as Young Entrepreneurs session, held on 21 November 2025, encouraged students to see entrepreneurship as something they can start now not later. The session emphasized that age is not a limitation but a strength. Students discovered that youth brings creativity, energy, adaptability, and a fresh way of viewing problems and opportunities.

The facilitator highlighted the powerful message: “Youth is the best time to start.” Students learned that early entrepreneurship helps build important qualities such as resilience, discipline, problem-solving, and confidence. They also understood that ideas don’t need to be big at the beginning “every big business begins small.” This encouraged them to value small steps and see them as part of a long-term growth journey.

During the session, students participated in practical brainstorming activities where they created simple business ideas based on their skills, interests, and available resources. These exercises showed them that entrepreneurship is accessible to everyone and that starting young allows room to experiment, learn quickly, and improve without pressure.

Students also learned about the importance of community and support networks. They discovered that mentors, peers, teachers, and friends play a big role in helping young entrepreneurs grow. This reinforced the idea that entrepreneurship is not a solo journey it becomes stronger with collaboration and encouragement.

By the end of the session, students felt motivated and confident. They understood that they do not need to wait for the “perfect time” to start; their youth is their advantage. The workshop successfully inspired them to view themselves not just as learners, but as future entrepreneurs capable of creating meaningful impact starting today.
