Sweet Treat – Confectionery Production Training Programme

This training, conducted during Global Entrepreneurship Week 2025, combined the monthly Vidatha Entrepreneurs’ Forum with a practical confectionery production session. Participants learned to prepare a variety of sweet products using local ingredients. The programme was supported by Science & Technology Officer Mr. R.Y.K. Gurusinghe Arachchi, while raw materials and refreshments were provided by Vidatha staff and beneficiaries. The aim of the event was to strengthen local entrepreneurship and enhance the economic value of existing community resources.
