A Technology Transfer Training programme on Dry Fish Masala Powder production was conducted on 25.11.2025 by the Vidatha Resource Center, Maritimepattu. The session provided hands-on guidance on preparing high-quality masala powder using dry fish, including ingredient selection, blending techniques, hygiene practices, and packaging methods suitable for small-scale commercial production.
