Time management

The Time Management session was designed to help students understand the value of using their time wisely and developing productive daily habits. As part of GEW 2025, the session introduced practical strategies based on the concept from “Eat That Frog” by Brian Tracy, encouraging students to complete their most important and challenging tasks first to reduce procrastination and improve focus.

Students explored key principles of planning, prioritization, and goal setting while reflecting on their own routines. Through interactive discussions and guided questions, they identified areas where they often struggle and discovered simple ways to improve their daily productivity. Many participants expressed that this was the first time they realized time is something they can control, and that small changes in behavior can lead to significant improvements.

The session also strengthened students’ confidence, discipline, and sense of responsibility. By sharing their experiences and learning from one another, they became more motivated to adopt better time management habits. Overall, the program successfully encouraged students to become more organized, reduce stress, and focus on what truly matters in both their academic and personal lives.
