September's Startup: Zeven Oven & Cups
This month, we're hearing from Daniela Garcia with Zeven Oven & Cups.  In 2018, Daniela opened Zeven Oven & Cups, the first artisanal bakery on the island, baking bread based on ancestral procedures (yeast fermentation and slow fermentation).  Her mission is to create more nutritious and healthy bread that is more digestible and better for the body and mind, breaking the paradigm that "bread and gluten are bad."

The bakery is located inside of her convenience store on the Gomezplein in Punda.  Known as a "bakery without limits," she caters to both commercial and personal clients from Santa Barbara to Westpunt, including 32 of the best and most influential restaurants on the island.
