We told the story of the project, we applied the designer's thinking to realize the idea, it's time to consolidate the team. We can help with the TEAM FORMATION workshop with Michael Ravitsky (USA). The trainer will help us apply the knowledge to the team, how to negotiate the differences and share the roles, how to develop collegiality relationships.
