At the CARIRI Food Processing Centre, we have a range of equipment to make your job that much easier!

As part of the GEW Week, we are inviting you to join us on Thursday 21st November, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. for our open day where you can visit the Food Processing Centre, explore its capabilities, view the equipment, and interact with the staff for any questions or concerns.

CARIRI’s Food Processing Centre is not only geared towards supporting MSME’s increased productivity but also the implementation of good manufacturing practices for food safety and having the relavant approvals to meet regulatory requirements

The Food Processing Centre is outfitted with both food processing equipment (blanchers, pasteurisers, baking ovens, drying ovens, mixers, chippers, choppers, graters, pulpers, blenders, mills, fillers, sealers etc) and quality testing equipment for raw materials and finished products (Parameters include pH,, Brix, Salt Content, Moisture, Water Activity, Viscosity)
