UNLOCKING YOUTH POTENTIAL

Barclays Bank Kenya and Junior Achievement Kenya have continued to partner since the year 2000. 2014 as an extension of the Out of School enterpreneurship program "Unlocking Youth Pontential" was implemented at St. Kizito Vocational Training Institute situated in Mwihoko, Kiambu county. The youth having been divided in the different focus circles they were able to discuss about employability skills, enterprise skills and financial skills. The key note speaker, Caroline Ndung'u the Director of Marketing, citizenship and corperate affairs Barclays Bank Kenya greatly inspired the youth by having made them realize that within them their is a seed and that seed when natured it will eventually bear more seeds which will eventually grow into a forest.
