USG Alumni+ United for Social Good

This event is aimed to create an enriching experience that empowers participants with valuable knowledge, insights, and connections to further their entrepreneurial endeavors.

The primary goal of the event is to foster a dynamic and informative exchange of ideas related to social entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, and sustainable development goals (SDG).

1. Opening Ceremony

Warm welcome to all participants.
Emphasis on the significance, importance, and purpose of the event, outlining the anticipated outcomes.

2. Getting-to-Know Each Other 

Distribution of bingo cards containing interesting facts or characteristics.
Explanation of the game rules and objectives.
Participants interact to discover shared interests and experiences.

3. Group Work with World Café Method

Four tables, each with a flipchart focusing on a topic (Social Entrepreneurship, ESG Standards, SDGs, CSR).
Rotation to other flip charts in a clockwise manner, adding to the previous group's notes.
Presentation preparation, combining notes, and sharing conclusions (3-4 minutes per group).
General group debriefing to extract main findings and insights.

4. Compliment Circle

Participants engage in giving and receiving compliments within their table groups.
Multiple rounds of compliments if time permits.
Participants share their feelings about the activity and any observed changes in the atmosphere.
