Venture Accelerations Part 2

The Startup Huddle St. Lucia program has partnered with the Next Big Inventor Competition to host Venture Accelerations.

From 9:30 am to 12:00 pm - Students of the Leon Hess Comprehensive Secondary School will present for a second time.

Each finalist team will have 3 minutes to pitch their projects, followed by a 4 minute Q&A session with the expert panelists followed by a 4 minute Q&A session with the audience. The audience will complete a survey on each team providing much-needed feedback on the ideas and life-hacks. The finalist teams which will go onto Stage 4 of the competition will be selected.

From 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm - Invited students who participated in this year's National Science Fair will present. (Group 2)

Each invited Science Fair team will have 3 minutes to pitch their Science projects, followed by a 4 minute Q&A session with Mr. Esnard, followed by a 4 minute Q&A session with the audience. The audience will complete a survey on each team.

The Science Fair teams will stand a chance to win a combination of monetary prizes and a mentorship package from Mr. Joshua Esnard! One team will be selected the overall winner. All students who participate will also receive a Certificate of Participation.

Creator of the competition, Saint Lucian born Inventor of The Cut Buddy Mr. Joshua Esnard, will be participating in both events via video conferencing.
