WEBIZ Pitch with Vitaly Golomb - "Startups Investments and Exits"

GENERAL INFORMATION | ENQUADRAMENTO 

ANJE will organize the debut of WE'BIZ Pitch sessions in next 3rd November and invites Vitaly Golomb, investor and global startup evangelist of HP Tech Ventures, to come to Porto. The session dedicated to the theme "Startup, Investments and Exits" will take place between 10am and 12am, at Monopólio Room in the national headquartes of ANJE. Startup and entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to make a closer contact with Vitaly Golomb, present their businesses and reinforce pitching and fundraising skills with the mentor and investor of HP Tech Ventures. 

A ANJE recebe no próximo dia 3 de novembro, na sua Sede Nacional, o gestor da HP Tech Ventures Vitaly Golomb. O mentor, investidor e evangelista global de startups vai inaugurar as sessões WE'BIZ Pitch. Subordinada ao tema "Startups, Investments and Exits", esta iniciativa vai decorrer entre as 10h00 e as 12h00, na Sala Monopólio e visa conferir uma oportunidade de contacto mais personalizado com o especialista internacional. As startups poderão então apresentar os seus negócios, colocar questões e recolher competências fundamentais sobre pitching, fundraising e exits com o gestor da HP Tech Ventures. 

ABOUT VITALY GOLOMB | SOBRE VITALY GOLOMB 

Vitaly M. Golomb leads investments at HP Tech Ventures. He is a Silicon Valley-based investor, serial entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and acclaimed designer. Vitaly is a contributing writer to TechCrunch and author of the upcoming book: Accelerated Startup – The New Business School. Prior to joining HP, Vitaly took three companies from idea to exit and produced the Startup AddVenture conference across seven countries. He serves as an advisor, consultant, and board member to a number of companies, including: Rimac Automobili. Vitaly grew up in Cupertino and has been involved with startups since his teenage years.

Vitaly holds a degree in Computer and Video Imaging, studied Venture Capital at UC Berkeley Haas Business School, and guest lectured at Stanford, UC Berkeley, St. Mary’s and other universities around the world on entrepreneurship, innovation, and design. Vitaly is passionate about improving society by nurturing entrepreneurship travels to over 20 countries every year as a keynote speaker, and is a consistently top-ranked mentor at a number of startup accelerator programs in US, Europe, and Asia.

Vitaly Golomb lidera e coordena os investimentos da HP Tech Ventures. O investor estabelecido em Silicon Valley é um empreendedor em série, escreve regularmente para o TechCrunch e produziu o livro "Accelerated Startup - The New Business School". Antes de se juntar à HP, Vitaly levou três empresas a exits bem-sucedidas e organizou a conferência Startup AddVenture em sete países diferentes. Atualmente, o orador é advisor, consultor e membro do quadro de várias empresas, incluindo a Rimac Automobili.

O percurso académico ficou marcado pela licenciatura em "Computer and VIdeo Imaging" e a frequência de um programa de "Venture Capital" na UC Berkeley Haas Business School.
