Workshop: Investment Support
Gonçalo Correia, consultant, trainer and mentor at StartUp Portimão, presented in this workshop, on October 15th, some generic information about financial resources to support companies (public funds and European funds).
The Program Portugal 2020 has available European funds up to 21.182 M€, to which are added about 4.000 M€ from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). Most of the funds are aimed to SMEs, followed by incentives for education and learning, and research and innovation.
During the session, Gonçalo Correia highlighted the +CO3SO Employment program, which aims to support jobs’ creation and entrepreneurship. He also mentioned that, soon, there will be news about financial support from Tourism of Portugal and that ADAPTAR 2.0 will be launched - an instrument to support structural investments.
Gonçalo ended the session emphasizing an ACEPI initiative - Digital Economy Association -, of which it was highlighted the webinars, the Academia do Comércio Digital (academy for the digital commerce) and the attribution of "Selo Confio".
