Young Entrepreneurs Convention

Young Entrepreneurs' Convention is an idea generation and business pitch competition among high school students, college students, or young professionals. The event aims to showcase and develop the entrepreneurial skills and knowledge of its participants.

YEC 2016: LINKED will be composed of 2 events: The first event will be a convention open to college students and young entrepreneurs where they can listen to talks about entrepreneurship, technology, and environment-related efforts. The second event will be an idea generation competition for a mobile app, where all participants in the convention are invited to take part in. It is aimed towards the theme: “Using Technology to Open Opportunities for Youth Development”

This shall serve as an avenue for the participants to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and creative thinking as they strive to create an app with the goal of addressing the problem of environmental sustainability.
