DHAKA, BANGLADESH, November 17, 2025 – Daffodil Polytechnic Institute today launched its celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2025 with a daylong bootcamp for its teachers, titled 'How to include innovation & entrepreneurship in the curriculum'. This initiative aligns with the global GEW theme, "Together We Build," which emphasizes collaboration to create a resilient and inclusive entrepreneurial future. The week-long series of events will run from November 17 to 23.
The intensive training session was conducted by Dr. Frans G. Stel, a distinguished expert from PUM Netherlands and the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Groningen. The bootcamp was designed to equip 25 of Daffodil Polytechnic's educators with advanced pedagogical tools to effectively integrate innovation, entrepreneurship, and project-based learning into their teaching.
The core focus of the session was to introduce modern teaching methodologies and practical strategies for fostering a creative and entrepreneurial mindset among students. Participants gained hands-on experience with global educational frameworks, learned techniques for solving real-world problems, and explored methods for developing the critical skills necessary for the next industrial revolution.
By empowering its educators, Daffodil Polytechnic Institute is taking a foundational step in line with the "Together We Build" theme, strengthening the educational ecosystem to better support and develop the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs in Bangladesh. This event marks the first of many activities planned by the institution to celebrate Global Entrepreneurship Week.
