DHAKA, Bangladesh – November 18, 2025 – As part of the grand inauguration of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2025, the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) Bangladesh honored a new generation of promising entrepreneurs with the "Best Entrepreneurs Award." The ceremony took place at the 71 Auditorium, Daffodil Plaza, recognizing young founders for their unique and impactful startups that are poised to make a significant contribution to Bangladesh's entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The award ceremony was a highlight of the Youth Entrepreneurship Summit 2025, organized by GEN Bangladesh in collaboration with Daffodil International University (DIU). The event, held under the theme "Empowering Tomorrow's Innovators, Today," brought together government officials, industry leaders, and aspiring entrepreneurs to celebrate and foster a culture of innovation.
GEN Bangladesh, a platform dedicated to creating a unified global entrepreneurial ecosystem, presented the awards to founders who demonstrated exceptional vision, creativity, and potential for sustainable growth. The winners represent a diverse range of industries, from digital media and technology to local, homemade products.
The "Best Entrepreneurs Award" winners are:
Junayed Mohammad Rafi, Owner of DoyelConnect:
Venture: DoyelConnect is an innovative social media platform designed to foster a safe, productive, and positive online environment. With features like a screen-time tracker, an AI content filter, a dedicated job section, and a 30+ member moderation team, the platform aims to help users connect meaningfully. It was awarded for its unique vision to create a healthier digital space.
Objective: To build a social media platform that helps people spend their time productively and safely.

Sohany Tanjia, Owner of Magnolias:
Venture: Magnolias is a homegrown business dedicated to making and delivering delicious homemade cakes and snacks. The venture was recognized for its commitment to quality and its success in carving out a niche in the local food market.
Objective: To provide high-quality, homemade food to a growing customer base.

MD. Muzahid Hossain Munna, Owner of Visual Vanguard:
Venture: Visual Vanguard is a full-stack digital solutions agency empowering entrepreneurs and startups. The company offers a suite of services including integrated branding strategy, high-impact video production (corporate videos, VFX, explainer videos), web development, and creative consulting. It was honored for its comprehensive approach to building a sustainable market presence for local businesses.
Objective: To empower the local ecosystem with end-to-end digital solutions that drive business growth.

Dr. K. M. Hasan, Managing Director of GEN Bangladesh, praised the awardees, stating, "These young entrepreneurs are not just building businesses; they are solving problems and creating value for our society.
