Dhaka, Bangladesh – 18 November 2024: In celebration of GEW 2024, Northern University Bangladesh organized a highly engaging Masterclass on Entrepreneurship Mindset Development at its Business, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership (BEL) campus. The masterclass, held as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, a global movement to inspire and empower entrepreneurs, was facilitated by Mr. KM Hasan Ripon, Managing Director of GEN Bangladesh.
The session aimed to equip students and aspiring entrepreneurs with the mindset and skills necessary to navigate the entrepreneurial journey. Mr. Ripon, an experienced ecosystem builder and advocate for entrepreneurship, shared valuable insights on fostering innovation, embracing challenges, and building resilience.
During the masterclass, participants learned about the critical components of an entrepreneurial mindset, including:

The importance of adaptability and perseverance in a rapidly changing world.
Mr. K M Hasan Ripon emphasized the importance of cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit, stating:
