This insightful event, organized in commemoration of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2023, convened on November 15, 2023, at 8 PM via the online platform Zoom.
Distinguished figures in the fields of entrepreneurship and technical and vocational education and training (TVET) converged to share their expertise and insights during this thought-provoking webinar.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Honorable Senior Secretary Lokman Hossain Miah, the Executive Chairman of the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA), who served as the Chief Guest. His participation underscored the government's commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and innovation within the TVET sector.
Mr. A B M Khorshed Alam, a former Additional Secretary and former CEO of the National Skills Development Council (NSDC), and currently a Senior TVET Advisor at the World Bank, presided over the program. His extensive experience and expertise in TVET brought valuable perspectives to the discussions.
Dr. Md. Sabur Khan, the Managing Director of GEN Bangladesh, delivered an engaging speech during the event. Dr. Khan's insights resonated with the audience, highlighting the symbiotic relationship between TVET and entrepreneurship in driving economic growth and opportunity.
Adding further depth to the discussions, Mr. Enamul Haque delivered a compelling keynote address that centered on the pivotal role of the TVET sector in nurturing and empowering entrepreneurs.
