Discover Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone (GDIZ) & Investment Opportunities in Benin

Arise IIP has signed a public-private partnership with the government of Benin to design, finance and operate the Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone (GDIZ). Arise IIP supports the entire investment of US $1.5 billion for the construction of the industrial zone.

Benin is rich in natural resources such as cotton, pineapples or cashews which are not yet profitable because exported without being processed. The construction of an industrial zone by ARISE IIP will make it possible to operate as a priority on these three industries to transform them on site, and therefore generate value locally.
