Enterprise Registration + Regulation Award Criteria
The Compass Award for Enterprise Registration + Regulation is given to the government that makes the most effort to make it easy and attractive for entrepreneurs to register their businesses and comply with laws and regulations.
Factors considered in the selection of the winner of this award include (in no particular order):
- Simplified administrative procedures related to business registration and regulation
- Made the most progress toward earning a perfect rating on GER website by clearly listing what to do, how to do it with a user-friendly interface
- Made the most progress toward becoming a 'single window' that provides one online application for all mandatory registrations, easy digital payment and certificates confirming successful registrations.
- Demonstrated collaboration across government agencies to provide the user with a seamless, integrated experience.
