Founder Catalyst Award Criteria

The Compass Award for Founder Catalyst is given to exceptional organizations that have demonstrated dedication and success in connecting, inspiring and empowering startup founders through impactful Global Entrepreneurship Network programming. 

Factors considered in the selection of the winner of this award include (in no particular order):

• Total number of founders directly engaged in a GEN program
• Demonstrated growth of startups through program engagement
• Relative strength or quality of the startups
• Demonstrated creative ways of reaching new audiences
• Demonstrated brand penetration and adherence to program brand requirements
