Research Partnership Award

 

The Compass Award for Research Partnership is given to organizations that, through collaboration, have provided actionable research leading to better-informed policies, improved entrepreneurship programs, or ecosystem development.

The following factors are considered in the selection of the award winner (in no particular order):

  • Implementation of innovative partnerships that bridge program delivery, academia and/or policy
  • Translation of research into actionable recommendations with demonstrable uptake from policymakers and practitioners
  • Proactive engagement in the Global Entrepreneurship Research Network
  • Entry of research-backed case studies to the GEN Atlas, a research and policy portal to track effective approaches around the world to advance entrepreneurship
  • Impact of research in driving national GEN strategy and programs
