GEN Rookie Award Criteria
The Compass Award for GEN Rookie recognizes a new member of a Global Entrepreneurship Network program for their contributions to advancing entrepreneurship in the world through GEN.
The following factors are considered in the selection of the award winner (in no particular order):
- Significant impact or success implementing a GEN program in their community or field
- Thought leadership
- Supports non-traditional audiences and under-represented communities
- Resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges
- Positive stewardship of the GEN brand
