During the global finals of the Creative Business Cup during Global Entrepreneurship Week this November, finalists will have the chance to pitch their startup's story to Amy Cosper, editor-in-chief of Entrepreneur magazine.
"At Entrepreneur Media, our sole focus editorially is that of champions of entrepreneurship," said Cosper. "Our stories are meant to inspire, educate and entertain our readers - both domestically and internationally. We want people from around the world to embrace the ideas of innovation, disruption and creativity. We aim to empower our readers to have an impact both economically and culturally."
Cosper will select one startup to feature in an upcoming issue of the magazine -- sharing its story with more than 600,000 print subscribers as well as 10 million web visitors per month.
The Creative Business Cup global finals will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, on November 17-18. The purpose of the competition is to strengthen the business skills of creative entrepreneurs. Last year's winner was CTAdventure from Poland, knocking off startups from more than 50 countries at the 2014 finals.
Last month, Josipa Majic, cofounder of the the 2013 Creative Business Cup winner, Teddy the Guardian, appeared on stage with U.S. President Barack Obama at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Kenya.
