Women Without PARdon 2025

Žene bez PARdona 2025 / Women Without PARdon 2025 will mark the twelfth edition of the annual women’s leadership conference organized by PAR University of Applied Sciences in Rijeka, Croatia. This year’s event will spotlight the role of women in leadership, business and public service, with a special focus on authenticity, resilience and social impact. A highlight of the conference will be the awarding of the PARdonna Prize, which honours women whose careers have made a significant contribution to their communities. The 2025 laureate, Rijeka’s mayor Iva Rinčić, will be recognised for her leadership, openness and dedication to public service. Through a series of keynote talks, panel discussions and conversations with professionals from various fields, participants will reflect on personal transformation, gender dynamics in leadership, and the importance of mental and physical well-being. The programme will feature inspiring speakers from Croatia and abroad - including pilots, entrepreneurs, consultants, journalists and mental coaches - who will share their stories, challenges and insights. This year’s edition will also showcase the connection between education and business through women’s leadership. The conference will bring together accomplished women, including business owners who host PAR students for internships - to share experiences at the intersection of leadership, mentorship and real-world learning.
