Behind the millions - Better Business, Real Journeys brings together participants in Tanta for a practical afternoon of entrepreneurship learning, peer exchange and community connection. The day is structured around two complementary activities for different stages of the entrepreneurial journey.

1:00 PM–3:00 PM  |  From Busy to Better

Growing a Local Business focuses on the decisions that allow businesses to become stronger rather than simply busier. Participants will examine customer understanding, value proposition, processes, team responsibilities and growth priorities. Each participant should leave with a short list of practical actions relevant to their own business.

3:30 PM–6:00 PM  |  Behind the journey

Starting From Where You Are uses founder and entrepreneur stories to make entrepreneurship more relatable and accessible. Speakers will focus not only on success but on how they started, early uncertainty, mistakes, resource constraints and the decisions that helped them move forward. An open audience conversation will follow the stories.

Networking and closing connect participants across both activities. Attendees should leave with stronger local connections, clearer next steps and practical ideas they can continue testing after GEW.
