Build Your Business

Build Your Business - Entrepreneurial Mindset & Business Forge brings together participants in Beni Suef for a practical afternoon of entrepreneurship learning, peer exchange and community connection. The day is structured around two complementary activities for different stages of the entrepreneurial journey.

1:00 PM–3:00 PM  |  Entrepreneurial Mindset

The session introduces the basics of entrepreneurial thinking through activities, discussion and examples that everyone can relate to. Participants will learn the first steps in opportunity recognition and evaluation.

3:30 PM–5:30 PM  |  Business Forge

Participants will map the core components of their existing or proposed businesses and challenge assumptions around customers, offerings and revenue. Each participant should leave with a clearer and more structured business model.

Networking and closing connect participants across both activities. Attendees should leave with stronger local connections, clearer next steps and practical ideas they can continue testing after GEW.
