Business opportunity lab

Business opportunity  lab - Industry to Innovation brings together participants in Banha for a practical afternoon of entrepreneurship learning, peer exchange and community connection. The day is structured around two complementary activities for different stages of the entrepreneurial journey.

1:00 PM–3:00 PM  |  Industry Opportunity Lab

Participants will identify real operational or customer problems, define who experiences them and explore simple solutions that could become business opportunities. No previous startup experience is required.

3:30 PM–5:30 PM  |  Business Growth Circle

Business owners will discuss recurring growth barriers, customer needs, process improvement, team responsibilities and new opportunities. The session will help each participant identify at least one practical priority to take back into the business.

Networking and closing connect participants across both activities. Attendees should leave with stronger local connections, clearer next steps and practical ideas they can continue testing after GEW.
