Grow from here!

Grow from here! - Build From Here brings together participants in Kharga for a practical afternoon of entrepreneurship learning, peer exchange and community connection. The day is structured around two complementary activities for different stages of the entrepreneurial journey.

2:00 PM–4:00 PM  |  Local Opportunity Lab

Participants will learn how to observe problems, understand who experiences them, and explore whether a local need can become a viable opportunity. The session is designed for people who are curious about entrepreneurship but may not yet have an idea.

4:30 PM–6:30 PM  |  Build From Here

Participants will explore customer understanding, business focus, operations, market access and simple growth experiments. The emphasis is on realistic next steps that can be tested with available local resources.

Networking and closing connect participants across both activities. Attendees should leave with stronger local connections, clearer next steps and practical ideas they can continue testing after GEW.
