Journey to the million - Entrepreneurial Journey & Scale Up brings together participants in Sohag for a practical afternoon of entrepreneurship learning, peer exchange and community connection. The day is structured around two complementary activities for different stages of the entrepreneurial journey.

2:00 PM–4:00 PM  |  Entrepreneurial Journey

Young participants will hear accessible entrepreneurial experiences and explore how ideas become opportunities. The activity combines inspiration with practical exercises so participants leave with something they can continue working on.

4:30 PM–6:30 PM  |  Scale Up

The workshop focuses on moving beyond day-to-day operations toward deliberate growth. Participants will examine customer segments, repeatable processes, new opportunities and priorities for strengthening their businesses.

Networking and closing connect participants across both activities. Attendees should leave with stronger local connections, clearer next steps and practical ideas they can continue testing after GEW.
