Made to scale - Make, Design & Grow brings together participants in Damietta for a practical afternoon of entrepreneurship learning, peer exchange and community connection. The day is structured around two complementary activities for different stages of the entrepreneurial journey.

1:00 PM–3:00 PM  |  Made to Scale

Participants will examine customer needs, product positioning, repeatability, operations and the choices required to turn a strong local product into a stronger business. The session is designed around practical business improvement rather than startup jargon.

3:30 PM–5:30 PM  |  Design, Market, Grow

Participants will explore how capabilities can be packaged into clearer products or services, how customer segments differ, and how branding, channels and feedback can shape growth. Each participant should leave with one practical improvement to test.

Networking and closing connect participants across both activities. Attendees should leave with stronger local connections, clearer next steps and practical ideas they can continue testing after GEW.
