Opportunity Hunter

Opportunity Hunter - Problems to Opportunities brings together participants in Qena for a practical afternoon of entrepreneurship learning, peer exchange and community connection. The day is structured around two complementary activities for different stages of the entrepreneurial journey.

2:00 PM–4:00 PM  |  Problem Hunter

Participants will learn to distinguish between an interesting idea and a problem worth solving. Exercises will cover problem discovery, customer understanding and initial opportunity assessment.

4:30 PM–6:30 PM  |  Opportunity Capture

The discussion will explore the opportunities for the founders at Qena to strengthen thier business bases and how the capture the suitable opportunities.

Networking and closing connect participants across both activities. Attendees should leave with stronger local connections, clearer next steps and practical ideas they can continue testing after GEW.
