The Opportunity Mindset - Opportunity & Growth brings together participants in Damanhur for a practical afternoon of entrepreneurship learning, peer exchange and community connection. The day is structured around two complementary activities for different stages of the entrepreneurial journey.

1:00 PM–3:00 PM  |  Opportunity Hunters

The Opportunity Hunt introduces people to entrepreneurship through real life problems Participants will learn how to notice problems around them, understand what people need, and turn these problems into simple business ideas. Through interactive activities, they will practice finding problems and thinking of possible solutions. No previous business or startup experience is required.

3:30 PM–5:30 PM  |  Growth Room

This activity brings together existing business owners to discuss what growth actually requires beyond simply increasing sales. The conversation will explore customer understanding, operational challenges, team development, market positioning and identifying new opportunities. Participants will exchange experiences with other local business owners and identify one or more practical priorities they can take back into their businesses.

Networking and closing connect participants across both activities. Attendees should leave with stronger local connections, clearer next steps and practical ideas they can continue testing after GEW.
