Strategy to Scale

Strategy to Scale Cairo - Build, Connect & Scale brings together participants in Cairo for a practical afternoon of entrepreneurship learning, peer exchange and community connection. The day is structured around two complementary activities for different stages of the entrepreneurial journey.

1:30 PM–3:00 PM  |  Founder Strategy Room

Founders and startup teams will discuss execution priorities, customer traction, product decisions, team challenges and capital readiness. The format is peer-led and practical, with short founder inputs followed by facilitated discussion and connection.

3:30 PM–5:00 PM  |  Startup Growth Lab

Participants will work through customer understanding, value proposition, growth bottlenecks and simple experiments they can run after the event. The goal is to leave with one clearly defined growth priority and a practical next test.

Networking and closing connect participants across both activities. Attendees should leave with stronger local connections, clearer next steps and practical ideas they can continue testing after GEW.
