Idea generation and business model development A start-up idea is the starting point of a business start-up. However, it is indispensable to develop a business model from a business idea in order to be sustainably successful. Participants learn how to structure business models and the importance of earnings mechanics in setting up a business. For this they define, optimally together in a group of maximally 3 participants, a self-chosen business idea, which exhibits an innovative character. Based on the defined idea, a profitable and sustainable business model must be developed. The participants are intensively supported by the workshop leaders.
