The business plan and financing The business plan is a central planning instrument for business start-ups. It is essential to understand the contents and structure of the business plan and to apply them to the specific start-up project. In this context, participants are taught basic theoretical knowledge. Subsequently, the clear conversion takes place on the basis of a concrete establishment project, which was defined on day 1. In the context of the business plan preparation a focus is put on the financing. The participants carry out concrete calculations regarding capital requirements, profitability and liquidity on the basis of the foundation projects. In addition to classic forms of financing, modern forms of financing such as crowdfunding/crowdinvesting are taken into account.
