Arba Minch Polytechnic and Satellite Institute hosted a four-day EBMS training for participants from Gurba Kebele
As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, the Arba Minch Polytechnic and Satellite Institute hosted a four-day Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills Training from November 18 to 21, 2024, for participants from Gurba Kebele. The program brought together 31 aspiring entrepreneurs (11 females and 20 males) with the shared goal of fostering innovation, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
The training focused on equipping participants with:
Business fundamentals and practical strategies.
Confidence to pursue entrepreneurial aspirations.
Tools to identify opportunities and create viable business plans.
By the program's conclusion, attendees were inspired to explore diverse opportunities, armed with the knowledge and skills to drive meaningful change in their communities. This initiative highlights the commitment to nurturing a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem, empowering participants to build successful ventures and contribute to societal transformation.
