This transformative program aimed to cultivate innovation, confidence, and quick decision-making skills essential for entrepreneurial success.

The training welcomed 59 participants (19 women and 40 men), creating a dynamic and collaborative learning environment. With a focus on practical strategies, the sessions equipped participants to view entrepreneurship as a viable and accessible career path.

Key highlights of the training included:

Hands-on workshops on business planning, Lean Canvas preparation, innovation, and resilience.
Emphasis on transforming ideas into sustainable business ventures.
Practical insights into overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The program was supported by EDI, which ensured logistical ease by providing meals and tea breaks, while the college facilitated a conducive learning environment. These provisions allowed participants to focus entirely on their training and actively engage in the sessions.

By the program's conclusion, participants demonstrated heightened enthusiasm, confidence, and readiness to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities. They left with a renewed purpose and the tools necessary to drive meaningful change within their communities through innovative business solutions.
