Boditi Polytechnic College hosted an Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) training session

As part of GEW, Boditi Polytechnic College hosted an Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) training session from November 12 to 15, 2024. Organized in partnership with the Entrepreneurship Development Institute, this program was designed to provide participants with the essential skills needed to start and manage successful businesses. Of the 33 participants (26 men and 7 women), all completed the course successfully, demonstrating remarkable commitment and engagement. The training was attended by energetic young graduates from Boditi Polytechnic College, who are set to graduate in 2025.

The training was conducted by Siratu Samuel and Ephrem, both certified trainers at the EBMS TOT (Training of Trainers) level.

Through Boditi’s Global Entrepreneurship Week, participants gained the tools, resources, and confidence necessary to launch their own businesses. The event provided a unique opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs to connect with like-minded individuals, learn new skills, and gain valuable insights into the world of business.

Entrepreneurship is never a solo endeavor. While it presents many challenges, it also offers immense potential and rewards. By working together, we can drive inclusive growth and innovation that benefits both our local communities and the world at large.
