As part of the GEW celebrations, Boditi Polytechnic College hosted a Training in Entrepreneurship and Business Management Skills (EBMS) from November 12–15, 2024. Organized in collaboration with the Entrepreneurship Development Institute, the program was designed to equip participants with the skills needed to launch and sustain their own businesses. The training saw the participation of 44 committed individuals (18 men and 26 women), all of whom successfully completed the course, demonstrating remarkable dedication and engagement. The attendees were young graduates from Boditi Polytechnic College, set to graduate in 2025.

Sintayehu Belila and Zekariyas Haile, both qualified trainers at the EBMS TOT (Training of Trainers) level, led the training sessions.

Through Boditi’s participation in GEW, the attendees gained essential tools, resources, and confidence to pursue entrepreneurial ventures. The event provided a valuable opportunity for participants to network with like-minded individuals, acquire new skills, and gain crucial insights into the business world.
