Business Development Service Training of Advisors (BDS-TOA) training was delivered to 26 advisors selected from Jimma Polytechnic college, Jimma University and Jimma job creation office from November 2 to 6, 2024 at Jima Polytechnic college, Jimma town, Oromia, Ethiopia.
Through interactive presentations, group exercises and case studies, the training aimed to enhance advisors skills required to maintain good relationships with clients, the art of business advisory and ethics required in delivering advisory services. After successful completion of the training, advisors will be assigned to support Micro, Small and Medium sized Enterprises (MSME's) in their growth and development.
