A comprehensive entrepreneurship and business development training at Aleta Wondo Polytechnic College

A comprehensive training session focused on entrepreneurship and business development was conducted for 26 women and 3 men at Aleta Wondo Polytechnic College, led by trainers Abebe Getu and Biniyam Shiferaw. The training aimed to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge needed to start and sustain successful businesses. Key topics included financial management, marketing strategies, and networking.

The training featured hands-on activities and group discussions, such as the Opportunity Seeking exercise and Saw Dust brainstorming, which encouraged practical engagement and collaboration.

Participants actively participated, eager to learn and implement the concepts in their own entrepreneurial ventures. The session successfully empowered them to take the first steps toward becoming successful entrepreneurs.

It is hoped that the skills and knowledge gained will drive continued business growth and lead to the long-term success of the 26 women and 3 men in their entrepreneurial journeys.
