A comprehensive Entrepreneurship Business Management Skills (EBMS) training was held in Konda Town, Gesha Wereda.

From November 25–28, 2024, a comprehensive Entrepreneurship Business Management Skills (EBMS) training was held in Konda Town, Gesha Wereda, Kaffa Zone. The program aimed to equip Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) students with essential skills to enhance their entrepreneurial capacity, career prospects, and contributions to local economic development.

The training began with an opening address by the Head of the Enterprise Office, who highlighted the critical role of entrepreneurship in driving innovation and economic growth in rural communities. Experts from the Communication Bureau further emphasized the importance of business skills in addressing socio-economic challenges and fostering self-reliance.

A total of 50 participants—28 males and 22 females—attended the training. The balanced gender representation underscored the commitment to inclusive development and empowering women to take on leadership roles in business. By the end of the program, participants had gained practical knowledge in entrepreneurship and business management, expressing enthusiasm to apply their skills to launch or enhance small-scale businesses in their communities.
