Confoodeth Manufacturing PLC launched its products
In a significant step on GEW-2024 towards fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in Tigray, Confoodeth Manufacturing PLC, a startup that produces organic baby food incubated by SEED-Orbit Innovation Hub, successfully launched its products. Confoodeth, founded by Senait G/kidane, Woyni Negassie, and Tesfay Nasir, has benefited from Orbit's incubation program and secured a workspace provided by the government. The company's product launch event was graced by Ato Gebremedhin Hagos, Head of the TVT & Job Creation Bureau, who commended the efforts of the Ethiopian Development Initiative (EDI) and its partners.
The event featured a compelling presentation detailing the company's journey, from inception to product launch. A recognition ceremony was also held to honor individuals and organisations who have contributed to Confoodeth's success. EDI-SEED and its partners were awarded certificates of appreciation for their invaluable support.
