Customized Entrepreneurship Training (CET) was delivered to 49 young and aspiring entrepreneurs with low level of education or business experience. The training aimed to introduce participants to the Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies (PECs) and the associated behaviors that drive success in their entrepreneurial journey.
The training was delivered from 13 to 14 November 2024 at Sululta TVET college, Sululta town, Oromia, Ethiopia
