Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop (CETW) was held at Hawassa Tegbareid College
The Customized Entrepreneurship Training Workshop (CETW), one of EDI Ethiopia’s flagship programs, was held at Hawassa Tegbared College from November 21–22, 2024. The workshop aimed to empower both aspiring and established entrepreneurs by equipping them with the skills to identify opportunities in their surroundings and transform them into viable business ventures. The training emphasized accountability, calculated risk-taking, and fostering a proactive entrepreneurial mindset.
The program created a platform for collaboration, enabling experienced entrepreneurs and newcomers to exchange insights and practical knowledge. This interaction enhanced the learning experience and encouraged innovative thinking among participants.
A total of 48 individuals participated in the workshop, comprising 15 males and 33 females. They actively engaged in dynamic sessions designed to inspire innovation, strengthen entrepreneurial skills, and boost confidence.
By the end of the training, participants gained valuable tools and strategies to grow their businesses, contributing to a vibrant and competitive entrepreneurial ecosystem in the region.
