The EBMS training program brought together 36 young participants at Wolkite

The EBMS training program brought together 36 young participants—25 women and 11 men—from diverse fields for a four-day transformative experience. As they stepped into the training room for the first time, emotions ranged from curiosity to hesitation, with many uncertain about what the journey ahead would hold. By the end of the program, their perspectives and attitudes had undergone a profound transformation.

Central to the training was the Business Creation Exercise (BCE), a hands-on activity designed to encourage collaboration and tackle real-world entrepreneurial challenges. This practical approach leveraged the participants' varied backgrounds, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork. The diversity of fields represented added a unique richness to the discussions, deepening the learning experience for everyone involved.

Over the four days, participants actively engaged in exercises, shared ideas, and developed confidence in their abilities. By the final session, many described the training as an eye-opening journey of self-discovery and growth. They reflected on how the program had reshaped their perspectives, enhanced their entrepreneurial mindset, and strengthened their sense of purpose.

The skills and insights gained during this transformative experience not only equipped participants to start and manage businesses but also empowered them to approach challenges in life with determination and resilience.
