EDI Ethiopia, in collaboration with Awash Bank, is hosting a comprehensive Entrepreneurial Growth and Business Management Training program from Nov 26-29, 2024 for Awash Bank customers in Hawassa city at Central Hotel. This initiative is part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, a global celebration highlighting the importance of entrepreneurship in driving economic growth and job creation.
The training aims to equip participants with essential business management skills, helping them enhance their entrepreneurial ventures. Through interactive sessions and practical workshops, attendees will explore topics such as goal setting, financial management, human resources, entrepreneurial competencies, and marketing strategies tailored to the Ethiopian market.
By empowering local entrepreneurs, EDI Ethiopia and Awash Bank are contributing to the success of individual businesses and promoting a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in the region. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), key drivers of sustainable development in Ethiopia.
The training program, with 27 participants (16 males and 11 females), underscores the importance of nurturing innovation and providing resources for aspiring entrepreneurs. Through initiatives like this, EDI Ethiopia and Awash Bank are fostering a culture of entrepreneurship that will drive economic progress across Ethiopia, creating opportunities for communities and contributing to a brighter future.
