EDI Launches Mandatory Safeguarding Training to Foster Safe and Inclusive Workplace
The Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) has reaffirmed its dedication to a safe and inclusive working environment by introducing a mandatory two-day safeguarding training program for all staff members. This comprehensive training aims to equip employees with the necessary knowledge, skills, and awareness to effectively prevent and respond to safeguarding issues.
The training underscores EDI's safeguarding policies and procedures while emphasizing staff members' legal and ethical obligations to maintain a respectful and secure workplace. This initiative reflects EDI's commitment to fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and safety, ensuring that staff are well-prepared to address and manage safeguarding concerns. Through this program, EDI continues to strengthen its supportive and cohesive community.
